Shipping policy

At ChristmasContractor.com, we are committed to fast, reliable, and efficient shipping to ensure you receive your holiday lighting products on time. Below, you'll find details about our shipping methods, processing times, and policies.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
  • High-volume seasons (September–December) may experience longer processing times.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Bulk orders, case packs, and heavy items (such as reels of socket wire) may require freight shipping.
  • We offer free shipping promotions at select times (check our homepage for current offers).

4. Freight & Bulk Orders

  • Orders exceeding 150 lbs may ship via freight carrier.
  • Freight shipments require a valid business address and may require a loading dock or liftgate service.
  • If special accommodations are needed, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • If your tracking information is not updating after 48 hours, contact support@ChristmasContractor.com.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States (excluding U.S. territories).
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for bulk orders or freight shipments.
  • Some large or fragile items may require special shipping considerations.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier issues. However, we are happy to assist in filing a claim:

Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Lost Packages: If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first before reaching out to us.
Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
