Kingdom Connection Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kingdom Connection. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our refund and return policy.

         Eligibility for Refund and Return:

  •  To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
  •  Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase, except for orders placed after November 1st, which must be requested for return before December 1st.
  •  For orders placed after December 1st, the refund and return policy will not apply.
  • There are no returns or refunds for local pick up materials.


         Refund Process:

  •  To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at or 832-429-4959. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request.
  •  Once your request is received and approved, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must include with your return shipment.
  •  Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

        Return Shipping Instructions:

  • -Safely package the unused and unopened product, ensuring it is adequately protected to avoid any damage during transit.
  •  Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
  •  Ship the product to the following address:

         Inspection and Refund Processing:

  •  Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
  •  If the product passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  •  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.


        Damaged or Defective Products:

  •  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order.
  •  Provide a detailed description and images of the damage or defect to facilitate a smooth resolution process.
  •  We will either offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective products, including the cost of return shipping.

        Non-Refundable Items:

         The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  •  Gift cards
  •  Downloadable digital content
  •  Perishable goods
